Returns Policy (and Warranties)
Should any of the products purchased from Magnets 'R' Us need replacing within its below mentioned warranty period please Contact Us and we will happily guide you through our returns policy. A 10% restocking fee will apply and Magnets 'R' Us will not cover return postage.
Comet™ Products
Will attract a 90 day money back guarantee if water tests indicate no improvement in the hardness of the water. Warranty does not apply to any external stickers that may be effected by the weather.
Magnetic Therapy Products
All magnetic therapy products have a manufacturer's warranty. These warranties may vary between manufacturers. Manufacturers warranties will be attached to each product.
Magnetic Hematite Jewellery
Magnetic hematite jewellery assembled in-store has a 90 day warranty on the clasps and wiring.
Magnetic hematite beads are fragile and will break if dropped or knocked and therefore are not covered by warranty for breakage.
The final decision will remain with Magnets 'R' Us on return of the product, with an assessment being made on the condition of the goods.
Life Miracle Laundry System
Life Miracle offer their own warranty which requires the customer to fill out a Warranty Registration Form provided with the product, and return to them in USA.
